App deletion before launch
The App’s full account-deletion process is still being prepared. We do not present a test review request as completed deletion. Before public App launch, the App and web request paths, identity verification, status and necessary retention must be completed.
Questions and existing test access
You may contact us about data or existing controlled test access. Identify the issue without sending passwords, verification codes, full store receipts or identity documents. Email, an installation number or a screenshot alone is not proof of asset ownership.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting an account and managing a store subscription are separate actions. Renewal and refund requests belong to the original purchase store. This page does not clear balances, revoke purchased episodes, promise a refund or change an existing entitlement.
What must be completed
The final App process must explain necessary legal or security retention, supplier deletion and deletion after backup recovery. Unapproved rules for remaining coins, purchased content or releasing an email identity are not enabled by this page.
